How It Works

Understanding Submission Requirements

Our team will research your project's local requirements to ensure that your plans are reviewed by all of the necessary building departments.

Completing the Application

Once all required forms have been collected, the Office Manager will request the necessary information and documents needed to submit the project application.

Permit Timeline

Permits, on average, take about 1-2 months to receive approval; however, if revisions are requested by the reviewers, this timeline could be extended longer.

Permitting Fees

Permit expediting is charged on an hourly basis and billed separately from your Architectural Contract.

Permitting Exclusions

While MOSA Architects is licensed in many states, permitting is only available for projects in the state of Georgia.
